By using the Website or the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Who we are

15X Financial Solutions helps small and growing businesses find funding, build business credit and manage their finances. We are based in Atlanta, Georgia, and also have an office in Kingston, Jamaica. When you ask us for funding, we work with third-party lenders and funding partners. Those partners make their own credit and funding decisions and handle your information under their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, business name and the message you send us when you use our contact form or chat, call us, email us or text us.
Funding and credit information: when you apply for funding or ask about our services, we or our application partners may ask for details about you and your business, such as time in business, revenue, bank statements, the amount and purpose of the funding you need, ownership details, tax identification numbers and credit information.
Accounting and bookkeeping information: if you become a client, the financial records, statements and other documents you share with us so that we can provide the Services.
Broker and partner information: if you apply to become a broker or partner, your contact details and the business information you provide.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location (city or region), the pages you view, the links you click, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share personal information only as described below:

Lenders and funding partners: when you ask us to help you find funding, we share the information needed for your request with the lenders and funding partners that can review it.
Service providers: companies that help us run our business and the Website, such as website hosting and security, our customer relationship management system (which runs our contact form, chat, email and text messages), online application and form tools, analytics, and accounting software. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
Legal reasons: when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or that it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of 15X, our clients or others.
Business transfers: if our business is merged, sold or reorganized, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
With your consent: in any other case, only when you have asked us to or agreed to it.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The Website uses:

Essential cookies and security tools, which keep the Website working and protect it from spam and attacks. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated spam.
Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors find and use the Website, for example which pages are viewed and which links are clicked, such as calls, emails and funding applications. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. It does not give us your name or contact details. Learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Chat and contact tools: our chat widget and contact form are provided by our customer relationship management system and may use cookies to keep your conversation going and to remember your preferences.
Other services: the Website loads fonts from Google Fonts, flag images for the language switcher, and profile pictures from Gravatar. These services receive your IP address when your browser loads them. The language switcher uses Google Translate, which processes the page text you choose to translate.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Website may not work properly without them. The Website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, applications and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving text messages at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not include the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

Email

We may email you about your inquiry, your application or the Services. If you agreed to receive marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or by writing to info@15xmybusiness.com. We will still send you messages related to services you have asked for.

Third-party websites and applications

The Website links to websites we do not control, including online funding applications (such as Lendzee and JotForm), credit monitoring services (such as IdentityIQ, MyScoreIQ and CreditScoreIQ), partner websites and social media. Information you enter on those websites is collected by those companies under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them. Some of these links are referral links, which means we may receive a fee if you sign up through them.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, a website firewall, limited access to client records and secure systems from trusted providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information, such as full Social Security or bank account numbers, through our general contact form, chat or email. We will tell you how to share documents securely.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, keeping business, tax and accounting records, resolving disputes and meeting legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. Website analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy of it;
correct personal information that is wrong;
delete your personal information; and
stop sending you marketing emails or text messages.

We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We will respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We may keep some information when the law requires it, or when we need it to complete a service you asked for, to prevent fraud or to keep required business records.

Visitors outside the United States

The Website is operated from the United States, and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, including through our office in Jamaica, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may be different from those in your country.

Children’s privacy

The Website and the Services are intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on the Website or contact you directly.
